A one-person land company, on purpose.

Questions, answers, and the decision rest with me and you.

I'm Glen Giasson and I love land.

I love walking a piece and thinking about what it could be. A camp. A house. A summer place. A tent site in the middle of nowhere. Mountainside, lakeside, river, ocean, downtown. Every parcel has a different kind of potential, and I enjoy sitting with that: pondering options, and the avenues to get there.

I've spent my life in the woods, on the water, and on the back roads in between. That isn't a pitch. It's what makes me love land.

How I work.

  • Talk first

A conversation tells me more than a tax card. I talk first, then research.

  • The land itself

Access, terrain, wetlands, what similar pieces actually sell for. That's how a number gets made.

  • A number you can take or leave

I'll get you a number I can stand behind. If I can't get there, I'll tell you.

  • I don't buy every parcel

I pass when a piece isn't right. I'd rather purchase less land, and mean it, than chase every parcel that comes across my desk.

  • Highest and best use

I try to figure out what a piece could be, and where that leads. Every property is different.

  • Treated well, either way

I'd rather a seller walk away feeling they were treated fairly, even if we don't go forward.

If you have a letter from me.

That letter is from me. You can ignore it, you can reach out, or you can ask a question with no intent to sell. All three are fine. How will you ever know if we don't have a conversation about it together?
